A Letter From Our CEO

Landscape of an open road and sunset

To our community,

Throughout Electric’s 20  years in the eyewear business, we have had the opportunity to test our strength and resilience.  I am feeling optimistic about the reset in priorities and the increase in focus these opportunities provide.

We are no strangers to adversity, being a small business made up of less than 30 dedicated individuals and families including my own.  Be assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure that we endure this situation with your service and safety at the top of our priorities.

We have closed our retail store temporarily and suspended travel for all staff. We have stepped up our cleaning and handling procedures to fall in line with the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization as well as local public health agencies.

Our eCommerce store remains open 24/7 to meet your eyewear needs. Our warehouse team is working within heightened health security measures to get all orders shipped on a timely basis.  Our digital service team remains at your disposal via email, text, live chat and phone.

Electric’s office staff is working from home.  Using a bevvy of current communication software platforms, we are fully operational and will be available to continue to design, market and deliver the world’s greatest eyewear and accessories to your doors.

While we have no control over the situation affecting us all, we do have control over the way we deal with it and communicate with each other.

Our purpose, to evolve the way we see and are seen, will continue to guide the decisions we make about the way we communicate during this time.

Through that lens, you can expect that we will continue to be active socially, highlighting the things we love about being alive in the world today.  We will continue to focus on doing good things in this awesome world, living a life Electric.

As we are dealing with these uncertain times, know that you truly inspire us with your kindness, empathy, and positivity. We see opportunity in adversity, and if you see an opportunity for us to better serve you, please let us know.

From our family to yours,

Eric Crane
