How can I make a return or exchange?

Submitting a return or exchange is easy! If you aren’t satisfied with the products you purchased, we will happily accept a return and issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Head to our returns page and click "Submit a Return" to get started. The system will issue you a pre-paid return label, which you’ll use to send the item back to us in its original packaging. The system will also provide you with a voucher code to apply your order credit towards a new purchase. If you decide not to make a new purchase with your voucher credit, the return will be processed as a refund when your package makes it back to our warehouse for processing.


What if my return is past the return window?

How long does it take to receive my refund after my return?

A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed and a credit will be made in the original form of payment used, usually within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.


What is covered under the "life time warranty"?

Electric offers a lifetime warranty on all defective Electric sunglasses, bags, and luggage. Goggles and other products are fully warranted with proof of purchase against defect in material and workmanship up to (1) year from date of purchase.

Electric warranties do not cover normal wear and tear on products such as: scratches on the lenses of sunglasses, goggles, or spare lenses. Scratches to watch crystal, watchcase, or abrasions to the strap or bracelet; dead batteries. Electric’s warranty does not cover internal or external damage caused by abuse or mishandling.

Do you offer spare parts for repair?

Electric sunglasses are received as complete units from our manufacturer in Italy, so we do not offer spare parts for purchase such as replacement arms, screws, or lenses. If you have a broken pair of shades that need fixing, contact a customer support agent for further assistance.


What is Electric's goggle warranty policy?

Electric offers a limited lifetime warranty with proof of purchase against defect in material and workmanship up to (1) year from date of purchase. Normal wear and tear and abrasions to the strap or lens is not covered under warranty. If Electric products are proven defective, Electric will replace them at no cost to you.

Can you swap lenses with different styles?

Lenses are designed to only fit the designated goggle frame. Specialty lenses such as the Kleveland+ are only to be fitted for the Kleveland+ goggle. The only exception to this is the compatibility between the EGG and EG2-T. 

Do previous seasons lenses fit into current season goggles?

Previous season of the same goggle style lenses will fit into our current season goggles. We've re-named the EGG to the EG2-T in 2021, so if you have an EGG goggle from a previous season, any of the EG2-T lenses will be compatible. This will be the only cross-compatibility between goggle models and lenses. 

How do I clean my goggles?

All Electric goggles come with a microfiber bag for cleaning and storage. Gently blot away any moisture on the goggle lens. Do not use gloves or other abrasive materials to clean your goggle lens.


What is polarization?

Polarized lenses provide the benefit of filtering out reflected light and glare off cars, water, pavement, sand and snow. This lens works great for any activity where high glare conditions exist. Electric’s polarized lens achieves 99% efficiency in blocking polarized light waves and blocks 100% of the suns damaging UV rays, while maintaining optical clarity. What is melanin?

Melanin is a natural pigment which is found throughout the human body. Its role is to protect you against sunlight damage by filtering UV and blue light. It prolongs your retinal health, and acts as a SPF 140 for your eyes and skin. Melanin improves visual clarity and contrast while relaxing your eyes.
