Returns & Exchanges
- Send the unworn like-new condition products back in the original packaging. Drop your package off with the appropriate shipping carrier and keep a copy of your invoice and tracking number.
- A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed and a credit will be made in the original form of payment used, usually within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
- In the case you were gifted a GWP (gift with purchase) please also return the gift with the returned item.
If you need to return a product that was purchased in a retail store, please return your items to the store you purchased from.
ORDERS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY ARE FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
Warranty
Warranty Coverage
Electric offers a lifetime warranty on sunglasses, bags, and luggage against defects in materials and workmanship. “Lifetime” refers to the expected lifespan of the product under normal use, not the lifetime of the purchaser. Goggles and other products are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (including scratches on lenses, fading, discoloration, or stretching).

Lenses, spare lenses, or discontinued categories such as watches.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or environmental conditions.

Alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

Loss, theft, or mishandling of products.
Warranty Replacements

Replacements are subject to product availability and may differ from the original product.

If an item is not eligible for warranty coverage, it will not be returned or replaced.
International Customers

Customers outside the United States are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and fees associated with warranty returns.

A warranty claim form must be submitted and approved before shipping any item back for inspection. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and may not be returned.

Electric is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-shipped return packages.
Claim Process

Submit a warranty claim form.

Wait for approval before sending any product back.

Once approved, return the product for inspection.

If deemed defective, your product will be replaced at no cost.
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and applies exclusively to products purchased from authorized Electric dealers.
